This program was developed originally by Mauricio Piacentini (@piacentini) from Tabuleiro Producoes, as the Arca Database Browser. The original version was used as a free companion tool to the Arca Database Xtra, a commercial product that embeds SQLite databases with some additional extensions to handle compressed and binary data.<br />

The original code was trimmed and adjusted to be compatible with standard SQLite 2.x databases. The resulting program was renamed SQLite Database Browser, and released into the Public Domain by Mauricio. Icons were contributed by Raquel Ravanini, also from Tabuleiro. Jens Miltner (@jmiltner) contributed the code to support SQLite 3.x databases for the 1.2 release.<br />
<br />
Pete Morgan (@daffodil) created an initial project on GitHub with the code in 2012, where several contributors fixed and improved pieces over the years. René Peinthor (@rp-) and Martin Kleusberg (@MKleusberg) then became involved, and have been the main driving force from that point. Justin Clift (@justinclift) helps out with testing on OSX, and started the new github.com/sqlitebrowser organisation on GitHub.<br />

John T. Haller, of PortableApps.com fame, created the new logo. He based it on the Tango icon set (public domain).<br />

In August 2014, the project was renamed to "Database Browser for SQLite" at the request of Richard Hipp (creator of SQLite), as the previous name was creating unintended support issues.<br />

In September 2014, the project was renamed to "DB Browser for SQLite", to avoid confusion with an existing application called "Database Browser".<br />

<b>Overview</b><br />
Cppcheck is an analysis tool for C/C++ code. Unlike C/C++ compilers and many other analysis tools, it doesn't detect syntax errors. Cppcheck only detects the types of bugs that the compilers normally fail to detect. The goal is no false positives.<br />
We recommend that you enable as many warnings as possible in your compiler.<br />
- If you use Visual C++: you should use warning level 4.<br />
- If you use GCC: take a look at <b><a href="http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Warning-Options.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Warning options - using GCC</a></b><br />

- You can check non-standard code that includes various compiler extensions, inline assembly code, etc.<br />
- Cppcheck is supposed to be compilable by any C++ compiler which handles the latest C++ standard.<br />
- Cppcheck is supposed to work on any platform that has sufficient cpu and memory.<br />

<b>Accuracy</b><br />
Cppcheck is far from finished, it is continuously improved to make it more accurate.<br />
Cppcheck is rarely wrong about reported errors. But there are many bugs that it doesn't detect.<br />
You will find more bugs in your software by testing your software carefully, than by using Cppcheck.<br />
You will find more bugs in your software by instrumenting your software (with for example <a href="http://valgrind.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://valgrind.org/</a>), than by using Cppcheck.<br />
It is unlikely that you will find all the bugs in your software through testing and instrumenting. Cppcheck can detect some of the bugs that you have missed.<br />

- Developing - Pick a ticket from Trac, write a test case for it (and write a comment to the ticket that test case has been created). Or pick a test case that fails and try to fix it. Make a patch and submit it to Trac either inline if it is small, or attach it as a file.<br />
- Marketing - Write articles, reviews or tell your friends about us. The more users we have, the more people we have testing and the better we can become.<br />

The Dicom is a free and open source software originally developed under GNU GPL by Gwénaëlle Marcou and Christophe Litzinger in collaboration with the center Icom 'from Lyon. The development was taken over by one of the developers of Icom'Provence, Ugo Marotte.<br />
Version 1.3 now allows the DICOM in any language if the user retrieves a dictionary and a computer voice in that language. We provide below an English dictionary and a link to the download page of microsoft voice.<br />

The program uses various versions of Microsoft Speech API (SAPI); it allows to alter a voice's parameters, including rate and pitch. The user can apply a special substitution list to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. This feature is useful when you want to change the spelling of words. The rules for the pronunciation correction use the syntax of regular expressions.<br />

Balabolka can save the synchronized text in external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When an audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text is displayed synchronously (at the same way, as lyrics for songs).<br />
